Thanks for mentioning me in your post! My son sounds just like you and your son, except he doesn’t even get hungry for dinner until 9 p.m! The craziest part about all this is that my daughter is the exact opposite and will try anything and is a good eater. Go figure.

We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary. And wouldn’t you know… he, on purpose, sent me flowers TODAY instead of on our actual anniversary!! He said he wanted to do it when I wasn’t expecting it, and he got his wish!

Thanks for stopping by Mountain Momma. Our annivesary was Sunday. What did we do? Went to a 5-year old’s birthday party. But that’s OK, we are going to celebrate this Friday with dinner and a concert, and the kids at grandma and grandpa’s. How long have you been married? We just celebrated 6 years.

Believe it or not, this was used somehow as a grammar exercise when I was in about 7th grade .. back in the mid-1970’s. I always wondered where they’d gotten it from!

Hi – its the “Hubby” and I do NOT care what you had for lunch – but rather I DO care that you had lunch, in fact I care what you had for breakfast and dinner.

What the reading audience doesn’t know is that without food my wife can get down right nasty. I mean the kind of nasty that would scare Chuck Norris into cooking Quiche. I am not sure if it is ner blood sugar or what, but there is a certain “point of no return” at which food (any food) is required.

I cqan usually tell the look in her eye or the tone in her voice and I know its time to throw something down her throat.
